Northern Lights Aerial Studio is turning one year old! Join us to celebrate an entire year of fun, fitness, and great community. Everyone is invited to this free social event in the studio. We will have games and refreshments to share. Celebrate with your friends and instructors, or meet our community if you're new.

Chair Dance: A Dangerous Chair Affair

Embrace your dark side with this seductive chair dance workshop.

This 90 minute workshop will empower students to dance with confidence and sensuality. We will learn a sultry choreography performed on the iconic prop: the chair.

Open to all levels and abilities, no dance experience required. Chairs will be provided.

Intro to Fabrics

This 4 week beginner course will get you comfortable with both aerial silks and aerial hammock. We will learn fundamental moves, shapes, and even a sequence!

No prior experience required, all skills levels and abilities are welcome.

Please dress in comfortable athletic clothing and bring water.
